Art. 75 (1): Inaddition to the delegates of the candidates, any elector at any polling stationmay raise questions and submit written complaints, protests and counter-protestsregarding electoral operations at the same polling station and file them withthe suitable documents.

Art. 78 (3): The delegates of the lists have the rightto verify the counting of ballots, without altering the order of thearrangement of the ballot paper, and may complain in case of doubt to thepresiding officer who examines the complaint.
