Art. 214. (RECURSO DE APELACI?N).

II. “ElRecurso de Apelaci?n debe ser ratificado formalmente ante el TribunalDepartamental Electoral competente en el plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horassiguientes al d?a de la votaci?n, para que sea considerado y resuelto.”

Thecomplaint can be submitted verbally before the members of the Electoral Boardin each polling station, which will include it in the act on the electionresults and refer it to the competent Departmental Electoral Tribunal. In orderfor the complaint to be adjudicated, it must be formally ratified before thecompetent Departmental Electoral Tribunal within 48 hours after the electionday.
