Maximum complaint time since occurrence or discovery

Article 167: Each candidate or his legal representative in thepresidential election, and for any voter in the case of referendum, tochallenge the validity of the voting process by filing a report in the votingoffice. The Constitutional Council shall immediately be notified of this report.

All application proceduresshall be determined by regulations.
