During thepresidential elections of 26 December 2010, the deadline for the submission ofcomplaints was set by ordinance of the president of the Constitutional Court,adopted on 27 December 2010, according to which complaints could be filed until6 January 2010, at 14:00 the latest, that is to say 10 days after the closing of the polls.
