Maximum complaint time since occurrence or discovery

Constitution of the Republic of Gambia 1996, art 49:

'Any registered political party which hasparticipated in the election of a President or an independent candidate who hasparticipated in such an election may apply to the Supreme Court to determinethe validity of the election of a President by filling a petition within tendays of the declaration of the result of the election'.
