Article112. 1. Voters, candidates, registered candidates,political parties, blocs of political parties, referendum campaign groups, agentsof registered candidates, political parties, blocs of political parties,referendum campaign groups, observers, and election commissions may filecomplaints about decisions and actions (lack of actions) which violatecitizens’ right to vote within3 days of the date the decision is published or made, or the dateactions (lack of actions) occurred, or the interested person is informed aboutit.
