“A registered voter can file a motion with the Supreme AdministrativeCourt to declare the election invalid. The motion must be filed within seven days of theannouncement of the final election results by the SEC. The plaintiff mustdemonstrate that the law has been breached in a way that might have affectedthe election results and the court will assess whether the violation had adirect and real impact on the results. The court is to issue its decision within20 days after the petition was submitted.”
