? Article 44.(1)Article 51(3) to (5) of the Constitution shall apply for the determination ofthe question as to whether a person has been validly elected to the office ofPresident. (3) An election petition to determine the question referred to insubsection (1) may be presented within 10 days of the publication of theresults under section 38(2).
