Tout candidat peut ?galement, dans le m?me d?lai de quarante-huitheures, d?f?rer directement au Conseil constitutionnel l'ensemble desop?rations ?lectorales.
Any [presidential] candidate may also, in the same period of forty-eighthours, refer directly to the Constitutional Council the entire electoralprocess.

Theclaim, although destined for appreciation by the Constitutional Council only,can be presented before several administrative institutions, such as the Constitutional Council’ General Secretariat, thePrefecture of the electoral department where the elections are hold or to thestate’ representative in the territory where the elections are hold.
