Maximum complaint time since announcement of election results

Part VIII, Article59(2) of the Presidential Elections Act of 2005.

Date of commencement: 21/11/2005

(2) A petition undersubsection (1) shall be in a form prescribed by the Chief Justice undersubsection (11) and shall be lodged in the Supreme Court registry within tendays after the declaration of the election results.
