Art. 49 (3) : Ifany complaint regarding the regularity of the electoral operations is not filedbefore the Office of the Clerk of the (Constitutional) Court by any of thecandidates within five (5) days from the provisional announcement of theresults, the Court shall declare the President of the Republic definitelyelected.
