Article 94. 1. The complaints referred to inArticles 91 and 92 of this law may be filed within five days after the date of the decision,action or inaction, except as specified in paragraphs three and four of thisarticle.

4. Complaints regarding violations that tookplace on election daymay be submitted to the election commission which committed the violation, no later than by the end ofvoting, and to the higher election commission or the courts - not laterthan twenty-four hours ofthe day following the day of voting, according to procedures establishedby this Law.
