Article 140. (1) A person may file apetition in the Supreme Court to challenge the election of the President-electwithin seven days after the date of the declaration of the results of thepresidential election.
Comment
Parties may alsoinvoke the unlimited original jurisdiction of the High Court as conferred inarticle 165 (3) of the constitution to challenge Presidential election resultsbefore the High Court.
