'Article 95

 

Every voter,candidate and submitter of electoral list has the right to file a complaintwith the Republic Electoral Commission due to breach of suffrage during theelections, or irregularities in the procedure of candidacy or voting.

Complaintagainst a decision, act or omission of a polling board shall be filed with theRepublic Electoral Commission.

Complaintreferred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article shall be filed within 24hours of the making of the decision or of the execution of the act which theplaintiff deems irregular, or from the moment when the omission was made.
