Electoral Act Chapter 2:13, 160C (2)
The Commission or an independent mediatorreferred to in subsection (1)(d) shall endeavour to resolve any dispute,concern, matter or grievance relating to the electoral process referred formediation within the time requested bythe multiparty liaison committee or within a reasonable time.
