Article265 “[…] (2) Within 15 days after the decision declaring the electionresults is made public by the Central Election Commission, the authoritiesreferred to in Article 150 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgariamay approach the Constitutional Court with a reasoned petition to pronounce onthe legitimacy of the election of a President and Vice President of theRepublic.
(3) Any such petition shall be examined under theterms and according to the procedure established by the Constitutional CourtAct and the Regulations on the Organization of the Activities of theConstitutional Court.
(4) The Constitutional Court shall examine thepetition and shall pronounce within one month after the declaration of theelection results.
(5) A judgment establishing illegitimacy of theelection of a President and Vice President of the Republic shall be transmittedto the National Assembly, the Central Election Commission and the personsconcerned. […]

Article14. (1) The Constitutional Court shall rule through decisions, resolutionsand orders.
(2) The Court shall rule on the merits of a disputewith a decision.
(3) Decisions shall be published in the StateGazette within 15 days of their adoption and shall enter into force 3 daysafter publication.
(4) Decisions on disputes concerning the legalityof the election of the President, the Vice President or a member of theNational Assembly, on establishing ineligibility for election orincompatibility of a member of the National Assembly, as well as on theinability to discharge his duties and incompatibility of a Constitutional Courtjustice, shall enter into force from the date of ruling.
(5) The Court Acts are final.
