(6) The Central Election Commissionor the Election Committee mayinvite the applicant to the session complaints, witnesses and otherpersons to be heard, if hedeems it necessary for the proper determination of the essential factsof the complaint and its proper settlement. The oral hearing

or other importantactivities in the proceedings and the statements of the parties or witnesseswill be taken to record

in accordance with theprovisions of the Administrative Procedure Act.
