Thepresidential commission is not legally required to issue reasoned decision butthis was the case in 2012 election. The commission used to held mediaconference after each election stage and state its reasons for accepting/dismissingelection complaints. The commission reviews all actions taken by the generalcommittee and therefore it is not limited by certain remedies to follow in itsdecisions.
