Requirement to issue reasoned decision

Name: Instructions on procedures for complains andappeals filed at the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, andthe electoral commissions.

“Article 14

(Decisionon Objections)

(1) The Central ElectionCommission or the Election Commission shall issue a decision in writing, which

contain the name of theCentral Election Commission or the Election Commission that the decision isrendered,

introduction, dispositive,explanation, guidance on legal remedies, the signature of the authorizedofficer and

seal.

(2) Introduction decisionsinclude: the name of the Central Election Commission or the election commission

makes a decision, the namesof the parties and a brief description of the subject of the proceedings.

(3) Disposition to decide onthe procedure.

(4) Reasons for Decisioncontain a brief statement of the allegations in the complaint, the evidencepresented and evaluation of the evidence adduced.

(5) Instruction on legalremedy by the parties shall be informed of their right to appeal (…)”
