Requirement to issue reasoned decision

?        Article 96

(2)TheConstituency Grievance Hearing Committee shall investigate and give decision onthe complaint submitted in accordance with sub article (1) above in 48hours.(3) Any complainant dissatisfied by the decision given in accordance withsub article (2) above may appeal to the Board in 5 days. The Board shallinvestigate the complaint and give final decision. (4)  A complainant dissatisfied by the decision ofthe Board may appeal to the Federal Supreme Court in 5 days.
