Decisions and Resolutions of the Complaints Commission

Article 25:

When taking decisions, members of the ComplaintsCommission shall be obliged to take into account the provisions of theConstitution of Afghanistan, the Election Law, this law and other effectivelaws and avoid all types of discriminations and prejudices on the basis ofrace, ethnicity, region, party, language and religion.
