Article24. Periods for Consideration of Appeals by the Constitutional Council
The Constitutional Council shall acceptpetitions accepted for processing and it shall passing it resulting decisions within onemonth from the date of receipt of the petition. This term pursuant to therequirement of the President of the Republic outlined in writing may be reduceddown to ten days if the issue is urgent.
