?        Article 96

?        (2)The Constituency Grievance Hearing Committee shallinvestigate and give decision on the complaint submitted in accordance with subarticle (1) above in 48 hours.(3) Any complainant dissatisfied by the decisiongiven in accordance with sub article (2) above may appeal to the Board in 5days. The Board shall investigate the complaint and give final decision.(4)  A complainant dissatisfied by thedecision of the Board may appeal to the Federal Supreme Court in 5 days.
