CAP?TULO VII NULIDAD DE LASELECCIONES Y SUS EFECTOS

ART?CULO 206. REPOSICI?N DEELECCI?N Y RECTIFICACI?N DE DECLARATORIA.

Declarada la nulidad de unavotaci?n, el Tribunal Supremo Electoral la mandar? reponer dentro de los diez(10) d?as-calendario siguientes. Si la nulidad fuere de la declaratoria deelecci?n, ?ste deber? rectificarla de inmediato y hacer la respectivapublicaci?n.

ART?CULO 207. RECURSO DEAMPARO SOBRE LAS ACCIONES DE NULIDAD.

La resoluci?n sobre una acci?n de nulidad decretada por el TribunalSupremo Electoral agota la v?a administrativa y contra ella soloproceder? el recurso de amparo, el cual deber? interponerse en el t?rmino de diez(10) d?as h?biles.

Thelegislation establishes a mechanism -  writ of amparo which is a remedy for the protection of constitutionalrights infridgement. (Article 207) It is a fundamental right of every citizento seek a further recourse within 10 days.
