Filing and Recording Objection and Complaint

Article 63:

 (3) In case thecomplainant candidate may not be satisfied with the decision of the provincialcomplaint commission, he/she may personally or through his/her authorizedrepresentative file a written objection with the Central Complaint Commissionwithin 72 hours after the publication of the decision.
