? Article 112. Appeals against Decisions of the Commissionon Election and Referendum Results
(1) Anycandidate or Political Parties that participated in an election or referendumshall have the right to appeal against the decisions made by the Commissionunder this Act.
(2) The appealunder Sub-section (1) of this section shall be submitted to the Court withinseven days from the date of the decision of the Commission. The Court shallmake its decision on the appeal within ten days from its submission, and itsdecision shall be final.
116. Appeal Againstthe Decision to Invalidate an Election
(1) Any person aggrieved by a decisionof the Commission to invalidate an election may submit an appeal to the Courtwithin seven days from the date of receiving the decision. The Court shalldecide on the appeal within fourteen (14) days from the date of submission ofthe appeal, and its decision shall be final.
