Article 8:

The Commission decisionshall be final, self-enforcing and incontestable by any means and before anybodywhatsoever. Its decision shall not be construed or stayed un-reprieved.

The Commission may contribute to raising citizens' awareness ofthe importance of the presidential elections and to calling for participationin these elections.

The state agencies, within their competencies, are committed toassist the Commission with the preparatory for the election works and allnecessary related works.
