Article77. 1. Not later than within 3 days of the officialproclamation of the election results the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuaniamay appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania with theinquiry whether or not this Law has been violated during the elections ofPresident of the Republic.

2.The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania shall investigate andevaluate the decision only of the Central Electoral Commission or its refusalto investigate complaints concerning the violations of this Law in the caseswhen decisions have been adopted or other actions of the Central ElectoralCommission have been performed after the closing of voting during the electionof President of the Republic.
