Article 92: Votescounting

4.. The lists delegates shall have the right to examine the separate lotsof voting ballots, without changing their composition. If they wish to submitor infer complaints about the counting or about the qualification given to thevote of any ballot, they should do so before the president and, if these arenot attended, they have the right to rubricate the issued voting ballotalong with the president.

Section II. District counting

Article 100: Preliminary operation

At the beginning of its operations, the countingassembly shall decide if the voting ballots which are under complaint or protestshould be counted or not, correcting, if necessary, the counting of thecorresponding polling station.

 

No in?cio dos seustrabalhos, a assembleia de apuramento deve decidir se devem ou n?o contar-se osboletins de voto sobre os quais tenha reca?do reclama??o ou protesto,corrigindo, se for caso disso, o apuramento da respectiva assembleia de voto.

 

Artigo 116? 97

Nulidade das elei??es

1 — A vota??o emqualquer assembleia de voto s? ser? julgada nula desde que se hajam verificadoilegalidades e estas possam influir no resultado geral da elei??o.

2 — Na hip?teseprevista no n? 1, os actos eleitorais correspondentes ser?o repetidos no s?timodia posterior ? declara??o de nulidade.

 

Article 116 97

Invalidity ofelections

1 - The vote at anypolling station shall only be deemed null as long as some illegalities are foundand these may influence the overall outcome of the election.

2 - In the caseprovided for in paragraph 1, the corresponding elections will be repeated inthe seventh after the declaration of invalidity day.
