Contested Cases over PresidentialElections
Article (118): The provisions of Articles (112) and (113) of thisLaw shall also apply in dealing with contentious Presidential Electioncases.
Article (119): The sheersubmission of contests shall neither deter the Supreme Committee fromannouncing Presidential Election results, nor shall such cases prevent the sameCommittee from awarding the successful candidate a certificate confirminghis/her status as the winning candidate. Such cases shall by no means deter thePresident-elect from taking the Oath of Office in Parliament and assumingduties accordingly.
