What remedies are available in the first instance?

Electoral Act 24 1992, 116(4) No election referred to in section 109 shall be set aside by the court by reason of want of qualification, disqualification, corrupt and illegal practice, irregularity or by reason of another cause if it appears to the court that any such want of qualification, disqualification, corrupt and illegal practice, irregularity or other cause did not affect the result of that election.http://www.scribd.com/doc/16633875/Electoral-Act-24-of-1992
