Article 33 (…)Decisions of the Central Commission may be appealed against in the SupremeCourt of the Republic of Belarus in the cases provided for by the legislationof the Republic of Belarus.

 

 

Article 79. Electionsof the President of the Republic of Belarus for the republic in whole or forseparate voting precincts, districts, cities, city districts, regions or theCity of Minsk may be recognized as invalid because of violations of therequirements of the present Code made in the course of elections or during thecount of votes if they affected the results of the elections for the Republicin whole. Decision on recognizing the elections invalid is taken by theCentral Commission. The complaint about such violation is lodged by acandidate for the President of the Republic of Belarus with the CentralCommission not later than on the third day following the elections. Thedecision of the Central Commission may be appealed against in the Supreme Court of the Republic ofBelarus within ten days. The right of appeal against the decision onrecognition of elections as invalid belongs to candidates for the President ofthe Republic of Belarus.
