Electoral Act Chapter 2:13, 161 (last amended in 2013)
(1) There is hereby established a court, to beknown as the Electoral Court, which shall be a court of record.
(2)TheElectoral Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction—
(a) to hear appeals, applicationsand petitions in terms of this Act; and
(b)to review any decision of the Commissionor any other person made or purporting to have been made under this Act

(1) Adecision of the Electoral Court on aquestion of fact shall be final.
