There is only one level of adjudication forpresidential elections EDR system.

A petition relatingto the election of the President is lodged at the Supreme Court. According toArticle 132 of the Constitution of Uganda (2005), “the Supreme Court shall bethe final court of appeal”. Therefore the presidential election petition is notappealable.
