Article 56. 1. The matter on results ofelections of the President of Azerbaijan Republic shall be examined at thePlenum of Constitutional Court.

56.2. The Plenum of Constitutional Courtshall study the documents on the results of elections of the President ofAzerbaijan Republic presented by the Central Election Commission and shallrequire from Supreme Court or Court of Appeal of Azerbaijan Republicinformation on examined applications concerning the protection of electoral rights.

56.3. In case of establishment of conformityof documents of Central Election Commission with requirements of Electoral Codethe Plenum of Constitutional Court shall adopt the decision on approval ofresults of election of the President of Azerbaijan Republic.

56.4. In case of revelation of factsprovided for by Electoral Code the Plenum of Constitutional Court shall adoptthe decision on recognition of the results of elections as a null and void.

56.6. The Constitutional Court shallofficially declare the information on results of elections of the President ofAzerbaijan Republic within 14 days from the day of voting.

Article 86. Accuracy of results ofelections is checked and approved by Constitutional Court of the AzerbaijanRepublic as specified in the law.

 

Article102. Results of elections of the President of theAzerbaijan Republic are officially announced by Constitutional Court of theAzerbaijan Republic within 14 days from the day of voting.
