?        Article112.

 (1) Any candidate or Political Parties thatparticipated in an election or referendum shall have the right to appealagainst the decisions made by the Commission under this Act.

(2) The appeal underSub-section (1) of this section shall be submitted to the Court within sevendays from the date of the decision of the Commission. The Court shall make itsdecision on the appeal within ten days from its submission, and its decisionshall be final.

 

116. Appeal Againstthe Decision to Invalidate an Election

 

(1) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Commission to invalidate anelection may submit an appeal to the Court within seven days from the date ofreceiving the decision. The Court shall decide on the appeal within fourteen(14) days from the date of submission of the appeal, and its decision shall befinal
