The Elections Commission shall, within thirty days of receipt of thecomplaint, conduct an impartial investigation and render a decision which mayinvolve a dismissal of the complaint or a nullification of the election of acandidate. Any political party or independent candidate affected by suchdecision shall not later than seven days appeal against it to the SupremeCourt.

Article 6(3):
Any contestant affected by the decision of the Commission shall have theright to appeal to the Supreme Court of Liberia not later than seven (7) daysafter the decision is rendered.
