Article 333.19 1. For adjudication of casesbefore the courts of general jurisdiction, and the magistrate's court the statefee shall be paid in the following amounts: 3) when filing a property claim,not to be assessed, as well as non-property claim:

for individuals - 200 rubles;

For organizations - 4000 rubles

9) For filing an appeal in appellant and (or) cassationinstance - 50 percentage of the state fee, payable when filing a property claimnon-material nature.
