Requirement to issue reasoned decision in the last instance

Article 114. Appeal

3.The petition shall specify the factual and law appealing grounds andshall carry all the evidence elements, including a copy of the assemblyrecord where the irregularity has taken place.

Article 115. Competent court, procedure and time limits

3.The President of the Constitutional Court shallimmediately cause the agents of the candidates who have been definitelyadmitted to be notified, so they or the candidates may, if they wish to doso, respond within a time limit of one day.

4. The Constitutional Court sitting in plenary shall takethe decision on the appeal within the two days after the time limit mentionedin the previous paragraph, and shall immediately communicate its decision tothe National Electoral Commission.
