'Article 59
After deliberation and voting, the Courtmakes decisions.
The decisions of the Court are:
on the admissibility of the request or appeal;
on the merits of the request or appeal(complete or partial);
on the repeal of a provisionincompatible with the Constitution;
of the suspension, on an interim measure.
In case of need, in the proceedings beforethe Court, as well as the internal matters of the Court, can make decisions andconclusions.'
