• Part VIII, Article 59(2) of the Presidential Elections Act of 2005.
• Date of commencement: 21/11/2005
• (2) A petition under subsection (1) shall be in a form prescribed by the Chief Justice under subsection (11) and shall be lodged in the Supreme Court registry within ten days after the declaration of the election results.

• 59(3) The Supreme Court shall inquire into and determine the petition expeditiously and shall declare its findings not later than thirty days from the date the petition is filed.
