Article 94. 4. Complaints regarding violations thattook place on election day may be submitted to the election commission thatcommitted the violation, no later than by the end of the voting process and tothe higher election commission or the courts - not later than on the twenty-fourth hourof the day following the day of voting, according to procedure established bythis Law.

 

Article 96. 4 The complaint is considered within two days from the date ofits receipt, as for violations that occurred before the election - not laterthan the end of the day preceding the voting, and for violations that occurredon election day - not later than one hour before the end of the voting to vote.

 

Article99. 5. The court shall consider and decideadministrative cases specified in this Law within two days after the end of voting

The applicantdisputing the decision of a lower level election commission can choose to omitappealing to CEC but rather directly appeal to district administrative court.The decision of the court can further be disputed at the supreme administrativecourt.
