Section I: Partialcounting

Article 92: Votes counting

4. The lists delegates shall have the right to examine the separate lotsof voting ballots, without changing their composition. If they wish to submitor infer complaints about the counting or about the qualification given to thevote of any ballot, they should do so before the president [of the pollingstation] and, if these are not attended, they have the right to rubricate theissued voting ballot along with the president.

Se entenderem dever suscitar ou deduzir reclama??esquanto ? contagem ou quanto ? qualifica??o dada ao voto de qualquer boletim,produzi-las-?o perante o presidente e, neste ?ltimo caso, se n?o forematendidas, ter?o direito de, juntamente com o presidente, rubricar o boletim devoto em causa.

 

SectionIII. General counting

Article109: Results announcement and publication

The results of general counting shall be announcedby the president and, after that, published through the affixation of the public notice to the Constitutional Court door, until the tenth day after thepolling.

 

Article 115. Competent court, procedure and time limits

1. Appeals shall belodged before the Constitutional Court in the day after the affixationof the public notice with the results from the district and generalcounting.

3. ThePresident of the Constitutional Court shall immediately cause the agents of thecandidates who have been definitely admitted to be notified, so they or thecandidates may, if they wish to do so, respond within a time limit of oneday.

4. The ConstitutionalCourt sitting in plenary shall take the decision on the appeal within thetwo days after the time limit mentioned in the previous paragraph, andshall immediately communicate its decision to the National Electoral Commission.

 

1- O recurso ? interposto no diaseguinte ao da afixa??o dos editais que tornem p?blicos os resultados dosapuramentos distrital e geral, perante o Tribunal Constitucional.

 

3- O presidente do TribunalConstitucional manda notificar imediatamente os mandat?rios dos candidatosdefinitivamente admitidos para que eles ou os candidatos respondam, querendo,no prazo de um dia.

 

4- Nos dois dias seguintes aotermo do prazo previsto no n?mero anterior, o Tribunal Constitucional, emPlen?rio, decide o recurso, comunicando imediatamente a decis?o ? Comiss?oNacional de Elei??es.

Article 98. District counting assembly

4. Candidates andlist agents may attend to the operations of the district counting assembly,without voting, but with the right to complain, protest or counter-protest.

Article 100: Preliminary operation

At the beginning of its operations, the counting assembly shall decideif the voting ballots which are under complaint or protest should be counted ornot, correcting, if necessary, the counting of the corresponding pollingstation.

 

No in?cio dos seus trabalhos, aassembleia de apuramento deve decidir se devem ou n?o contar-se os boletins devoto sobre os quais tenha reca?do reclama??o ou protesto, corrigindo, se forcaso disso, o apuramento da respectiva assembleia de voto.

 

Section III. Generalcounting

Article 106. Generalcounting assembly

3. Candidates and list agents may attend to the operations of the generalcounting assembly, without voting, but with the right to complain, protestor counter-protest.
