Article 19. 1. All parties which have nominated presidentialcandidates, as well as the agents of candidates for President of the Republic,may appeal to the municipal electoral committee against the decisions ofelectoral committees of polling districts concerning the drawing-up of recordsof the calculation of votes not later than within 24 hours of their adoption.These appeals must be considered within 24 hours from the submission of theappeal.
Article 76. Proclamation of Election Results
The final results of the presidentialelection shall be proclaimed by the Central Electoral Commission on the seventhday following the election day.
Article 77. 1. Notlater than within 3 days of the official proclamation of the election resultsthe Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania may appeal to the Constitutional Court ofthe Republic of Lithuania with the inquiry whether or not this Law has beenviolated during the elections of President of the Republic.
3. This inquiry referred to in paragraph1 of this Article shall be investigated by the Constitutional Court of the Republicof Lithuania not later than within 72 hours of its submission to theConstitutional Court. This term shall include non-working days as well.
