Article24. Periods for Consideration of Appeals by the Constitutional Council

 The Constitutional Council shall acceptpetitions accepted for processing and it shall passing it resulting decisionswithin one monthfrom the date of receipt of the petition. This term pursuant to the requirementof the President of theRepublic outlined in writing may be reduced down to ten days if the issue isurgent.
