Article (112): TheSupreme Court shall create a consultative body to investigate contestedelection cases. The consultative body shall be composed of heads of courts ofappeals or their deputies. In view of recommendations forwarded by theconsultative body with reference to the issues at stake, the Supreme Court shall issueits verdict(s) no later than (10) days from receipt of such recommendations andbefore the elected council holds its first session. The Supreme Court’srulings shall be final and irrevocable and shall be communicated to the SupremeCommittee in due course.
