? Article 111
(1) Any candidate or Political Parties that participatedin an election or referendum shall have the right to submit a written objectionagainst the provisional results of a polling centre or elections or referendumas declared by the Commission under this Act in accordance with regulations.
(2) The objection provided forunder Sub-section (1) of this section shall be submitted at any Commissionoffice for the attention of the Commission within seven days of the declarationof provisional results.
(3) Objections made against theprovisional results shall be dealt with in ten days from the date of receipt ofsuch objections by the Commission, except where the Commission declares anextension for the purpose of ensuring correct
adjudication.
(4) The Commission shallpublish and disseminate decisions on objections under Sub-section (3) of thissection within three days of the Commission ruling on such objections,ensuring that the decisions are disseminated widely at all Commission offices and by mass media.
? Article 112.
(1) Any candidate or PoliticalParties that participated in an election or referendum shall have the right toappeal against the decisions made by the Commission under this Act.
(2) The appeal underSub-section (1) of this section shall be submitted to the Court within sevendays from the date of the decision of the Commission. The Court shall make itsdecision on the appeal within ten days from its submission, and its decisionshall be final.
