Law No 003 /PR/2009enacting the Electoral Code / Loi No 003 /PR/2009 portant Code Electoral

 

Art. 144 (2): Incase of dispute, the Constitutional Council is required to issue a decisionwithin fifteen days from the date of the proclamation of the preliminaryresults. Its decision includes either the final proclamation or the annulmentof the election.
