“A registered voter can file a motion with the Supreme AdministrativeCourt to declare the election invalid. The motion must be filed within seven days of the announcementof the final election results by the SEC. The plaintiff must demonstrate thatthe law has been breached in a way that might have affected the electionresults and the court will assess whether the violation had a direct and realimpact on the results. The courtis to issue its decision within 20 days after the petition wassubmitted.”
