Artículo 58

1. Los juicios de inconformidad de las elecciones de diputados ysenadores deber?n quedar resueltos el d?a 3 de agosto y los relativos a laelecci?n de Presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos a m?s tardar el 31 deagosto, ambas fechas del a?o de la elecci?n.

A verdict on a complaint regarding the validity of apresidential election must be issued no later than the 31 of August of the yearof the election. The election is held on the first Sunday of July, which meansthat the number of days to issue a verdict varies from election to election.
